Nestled in the heart of Central Texas, I share my life with an incredible husband and two amazing kids. This experience ignited my quest to explore alternative healing paths, leading me to extend a lifeline to those seeking a holistic approach to wellness.

The turning point? My son's diagnosis of Autism, ADHD, and a congenital brain defect. Facing challenges with conventional approaches, we opted for a holistic route, transforming his life. My husband's health struggles added another layer to our journey, compelling us to embrace holistic practices. Witnessing the transformative power of nutrition and a holistic lifestyle firsthand, I knew I had found my calling.
